Their technology does not rely on smart meters nor hardware - they literally have 100% market coverage, and includes a proprietary system that optimises the matching of addresses to meters, so that address is the only data input required.
The building energy data is automatically matched to Environmental Performance Certificate (EPC) data, as well as insurance datasets - the latter giving 100% UK building coverage.
Perse’s data meets the gold standard for carbon reporting under PCAF’s standards for commercial real estate and mortgages.
