Our approach to Digital Building Consultancy (DBC)
With more than 10,000 PropTech solutions currently available in the marketplace, understanding and then selecting the right solutions to deliver a ‘smart building’ has numerous challenges.
To ensure a successful outcome for each DBC project, we:
follow our Understand, Select, Deploy, Measure methodology to ensure every stage of the PropTech ecosystem is supported
take a holistic look at smart buildings, considering the foundations and the technologies that feed into them, as well as the output

Within our Understand, Select, Deploy and Measure methodology we consider the below areas, aligning them to RIBA Stages 0-7.
Unlike other consultants, our Building Technology Strategies put as much focus on the Handover (6) and Use (7) stages, ensuring that the emphasis on technology in the build phases is echoed through to operation - the point at which PropTech is most likely to fail.
