André Bothma

Previously, André made significant contributions at JLL, where he pioneered smart buildings offerings that have since evolved into globally digitised and dynamic services.

Leveraging a virtual bureau team alongside AI-driven technology and IoT systems, he successfully drove significant efficiencies in operational and energy management. André joined JLL Spark, where he played a pivotal role in a $400 million corporate venture fund, supporting with pre investment due-diligence and strategic consulting and growth in a portfolio of over 55 start-ups globally.

He also holds positions as a Non-Executive Director on multiple companies and contributes his expertise as a committee member at the UK PropTech Association.

Currently as Founder of Myscale, André leads a dedicated team that supports venture capitalists with pre-investment due diligence, as well as providing strategic consulting services for start-ups.
