Audit Methodology

Within the audit, we have 95 different technologies that we consider PropTech that could be deployed within any asset.

We have built out several surveys which are aligned to accreditations that are prevalent in the market.

In collaboration with our clients, we can create bespoke surveys to include or exclude technologies that may not be required for the purpose of the audit.

Audit Recommendations

After the audit has been completed, our next step is to consider the
recommendations that could be deployed within the building.

We provide a summary of the respective technology and high-level budget costs from our Verified network.

In addition, the platform offers the ability to amend these costs and descriptions to adapt to different suppliers.

The auditor is able to add notes on the rationale of why they have chosen
the respective solution to be deployed.

Audit Report

Once the audit recommendations have been selected, our digital report is created, which can be shared with both clients and occupiers.

The interactive report enables the client to choose their own route and go back and review more information.

The next steps are provided as options to have a detailed engagement with a consultant, or the option to request to be connected directly with vendors to share a quote.

Further survey(s) on the asset to gather additional information can be requested.

Audit Impact

The output of the report is a complete picture of a building’s tech stack, with recommendations on ways to improve on any gaps, depending on the survey(s) completed.

The recommendations are costed, based on an average 100,000 sqft deployment, with projected ROIs listed.

From there, the client can either request quotes from verified technology vendors, or time with a Trustek consultant to discuss their needs further.

Verified vendors are then given the option to bid for the recommended improvements, and quotes are sent to the relevant member of the client team.
