Our Process
With more than 20 different audits available, we work with you to understand the level of detail that you require from the completion of an audit of your building or portfolio.

We have first hand experience in the challenges of deploying new innovations within builings, which is why we have developed our audit software platform to reduce the time from inspection to report and connect buildings with verified solutions.
Scheduling the site visit
We understand that a single person may not have the answer to all of our questions, so we'll co-ordinate with building and facilities managers to ensure that we capture all of the information required
On the day
We work around the teams on site, completing the digital survey and capturing evidence of the technology solutions onsite
Recommendations
Once we have completed the audit on site, we can agree the recommendations for the building and discuss the high-level costs with the teams onsite on the same day
Audit Report
Once the audit is completed, recommendations are agreed and our audit software generates a unique link to the report which can be shared with the client on the day.
Audit Actions
The next step is either to meet with the Trustek team to review the report or to be connected with Verified technology vendors to obtain quotes to fill any gaps in your tech stack.
