All too often the conversation around creating Smart Buildings is dominated by landlords and tech providers...
...while the voice of the occupiers and operators can go unheard.
Without all stakeholders being involved, how can there be an efficient alignment of interests?
Are we risking applying the wrong tech to buildings without truly understanding all stakeholder's needs?
Through a series of discussion groups with each stakeholder group, which will culminate in a public debate on April 19th, Trustek and JPES Partners are bringing together landlords, tech providers, occupiers and operators to identify the key processes which need to be addressed if we are to successfully create smart buildings which can evolve and deliver value to all.
The discussion on April 19th along with the data collected from the pre-event sessions, will be turned into a report, podcast, and video which will be distributed to stakeholder groups and broadcast post event via social media.

The Panel
The panel will be formed of one person from each stakeholder group and will be facilitated by Duncan Lamb. Those sitting on the panel will be chosen after the stakeholder group discussion have taken place in March.
