The project
Trustek have been appointed alongside Knight Frank Promise’s leading Design for Management team as digital building consultants to support the technology strategy, and deliver a smart building that can be effectively managed.
A landmark development for Atenor, and the first in London, the aspirations for the building are to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, Well Platinum and Wired and Smart Score Gold.
Fleet House is located on the eastern side of Midtown at its border with the City core. This location attracts a wide range of occupiers across the financial, professional and TMT sectors
The project includes a new public passageway, Bridewell Passage, to improve access to nearby Bridewell Theatre and St. Bride’s Church and allow on site servicing. The interior will support employee health and well-being, maximise daylight and views and provide flexible, modern workplace.
